Experience
David has experience of operating in a number of business structures ranging from significant PLCs to debt funded MBOs. His industry experience includes publishing, manufacturing, financial services, retail, marketing and the leisure sector. David has over 25 years of commercial experience implementing financial remodeling strategies and strengthening management capability. He has previously overseen numerous successful exit strategies for clients including mergers, divestments and listings on the London AIM Market. He also advises various Boards on financial strategy and is often asked to add financial value to ailing businesses.
