Advice on most tax efficient structures 

Experience

David has over 13 years experience of working in accountancy practices. He has
worked for 3 of the top 30 accountancy firms in the UK. He has experience of
advising companies over a broad sector base. His experience includes property,
recruitment, leisure, manufacturing, motor industry, insurance and media.

David is experienced in monthly reporting and also statutory annual reporting as
well as extensive external audit experience which includes identifying specific
risks to businesses. He also has experience of corporation tax, pension schemes and
not for profit organisations. He has significant experience of preparing business
plans and reviewing business plans prepared by non accountants. 
 

Education / other

David is a qualified accountant and was admitted as an ACCA member in March 2000.
Admitted as a Fellow member of the ACCA in March 2005.

Achieved AAT qualification in 1997.
