Jason is the Commercial Director of Renaissance, and is responsible for the company's legal, human resources, regulatory and compliance issues. He contributes to assignments covering a range of industries and has a number of interrelated specialisms including:- Transactional experience involving public offers, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, and refinancing's.
- Technical awareness of financial products and processes, including risk management tools and evaluation of financial strategies.
- Contract reviews, negotiations and interpretation.
- Legal Restructuring's.
- Mergers/Acquisitions/Disposals.
Experience
Jason has experience of operating in a number of business structures ranging from offshore vehicles to significant UK PLCs. His industry experience includes asset management, mining, health & fitness, media & telecoms, retail and consumer products. Jason has previously worked as a solicitor in the corporate finance teams of leading London law firms, and has also been Legal Counsel to asset management and investment firms.
