Experience
Mike has over 35 years of commercial experience as a Financial Accountant. During this period he has been principally involved in the Property and Construction industry, although he also has good experience in other industries including, Retail, Engineering and Leisure.
Until 1990 Mike was involved in a Surrey based property development Company and as Finance Director guided the Company to a successful public floatation in 1985. He was also involved in several Company acquisitions.
During the past 19 years Mike has acted as a Financial Consultant for small to medium sized businesses, normally reporting directly to the Chairman. During this period assistance has been given to clients by providing various accountancy services including management reporting, business plans, financial control and funding. He also lead a management buy out of a Hampshire based distribution Company and assisted two clients through Corporate Voluntary Arrangements.
